Ruth Mondal was confirmed at Reading Minster last Sunday afternoon by the Rt Revd Henry Scriven, an honorary assistant bishop of the Oxford Diocese. She was among about 12 candidates, mostly adults, who were confirmed at the service. She was presented to the bishop for confirmation by the Rector, Canon David Hodgson, and the Associate Priest Rev’d Hannah Higginson who had jointly prepared for her confirmation during the summer. Two adults also received baptism. Ruth is pictured here at the Minster with her husband Tanmoy after the service.
