Update February 2021

Our plan for the next few months, and this will be reviewed regularly, is that we will replace the online family service with a weekly electronic mailing to families. This mailing will include a theme or thought for the week, along with ideas for crafts or activities that families can engage with at home. This will start immediately and we encourage you to get in touch with your feedback on this new provision, over the next few weeks.
Most of our families will receive this mailing automatically (and can unsubscribe any time) but if you do not receive it then please ensure that you have signed up through our website –Sign up here

We hope that children will always feel welcome in church. With this in mind, we have various options for children and young people and their families. In ‘normal times’ the following options are available:

11am Family Services – now every week

Every week we hold a Family Service, approx. 30mins long, which includes singing, craft and a short child-friendly talk.  Click here for details and dates

Wokingham children enjoying presenting the traditional Nativity in All Saints Parish Church.

Junior Church and X-Plore Youth Group

Junior Church and our ‘X-Plore’ youth group meet during the 9:30am Parish Communion service, every Sunday during term time. These enable children and young people to spend time with their peers learning about God through craft, games and activities, whilst their parents or carers attend the service in Church. For more information please click here.

Messy Church

2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. If you would like to join us for Messy Church – this is held during term time in the Cornerstone on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month, after school until 4.45pm. This is aimed at accompanied children and includes snacks, craft, stories and songs and is meant to introduce the Church and Christian faith in a relaxed and informal way. Wednesday Mums

A Communion service every Wednesday at 10am, for parents and carers of pre-school age children. We gather in a circle around the nave altar. There are toys and books available for the children and babies to play with during the service and then everyone goes to the Cornerstone for refreshments.
