On Wednesday 21st June, the Wednesday Mums gathered for their normal service – but this time with a feeling of sadness and also gratitude for his many years in the parish, as they said farewell to Canon David, rector at Al Saints for over 26 years! They shared cake and fellowship and said goodbye and thank you to David, who retires at the end of June.
