Getting ready to bloom at Easter

Fg easter arrrangement workshop

Members of the church Flower Guild were getting ready to celebrate Easter with a flower arranging workshop last Saturday. Led by Sue Hedley (3rd from left) , members were practising arrangements which will appear on the church windowsills on Easter Day.

The Rector, Canon David Hodgson, said: “It’s really good to see people enjoying themselves,  honing their artistic gifts,  to create beautiful arrangements which will inspire us and lift our spirits on Easter Day, when we celebrate the new life in Christ.”
