This week we are delighted to once again have the church open during the week, following the final bits of work that had to be done through late June and early July including the installation of the audio system, the organ and the WIFI. Joyfully the church will now be open 9-5 every weekday and Sunday for anyone to come in and pray or simply look around. If you are able please do come along to be a welcomer to anyone who is popping in! We also recommence weekday services in the church, perhaps if you haven’t been to one, now is the time to try!
We hold a service of holy communion every Tuesday at 10am, followed by tea/coffee for those able to stay. We have Wednesday Mums every Wednesday at 10am including throughout the school holidays -this group is aimed at parents/carers and pre-schoolers and is a simple communion service followed by refreshments and chat, but older siblings are also welcome to attend during the school holidays. And finally we also say Morning Prayer every weekday – having moved this predominantly online during the pandemic we are now reinstating in-person Morning prayer on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9am in church. It will continue online on Monday and Friday at 9am- the link to join can be found on our website under ‘online services’. Morning Prayer is a simple service which includes some readings and prayers for our local community, charities and the church locally and globally.
