Celebrating a Year of ‘Link Thursdays’!

The Link Visiting Scheme’s ‘Link Thursdays’ is approaching its first anniversary! Every week, we use your beautiful space for our vibrant pop-up community café, welcoming volunteers, Link friends, local residents, and anyone seeking warmth, community spirit, and a friendly

atmosphere.

This initiative has been instrumental in fostering meaningful connections within our

community. Our café offers a haven for carers, individuals with dementia, those with mobility challenges, and anyone who enjoys a good game of Rummikub or chess. We share your belief that everyone deserves to feel valued and included.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us in establishing our

Thursday café. Your patience, friendship, and warm welcome have been invaluable. If you’re free on Thursdays between 10am and 2pm, please drop by and say hello! Together, we can build a more connected and caring community.

For more information about our activities or to volunteer with us, please visit our website: www.linkvisiting.org/volunteer.  Hope to see you soon!
