Have breakfast at church on Easter Day

French Breakfast With Croissants And Coffee

All Saints Easter Day breakfast organiser and Social Committee chair, Jacqui Headland, writes about breakfast on Easter Day:

“This year we are doing things a little different so that we can invite more congregation members from all services to come and celebrate Easter with us. We will be running a hot and cold buffet style breakfast for £2.50 per head from 7am to 9.30am in The Cornerstone. It’s a lovely way to start your Easter morning with friends and good food and we hope you will join us.

You will need to let us know if you would like a breakfast and as in previous years Joyce Baldry will be taking names and money at the  9.30am service and Su McArthur at the 8am service. Let’s celebrate Easter together”.

All Saints Rector, Canon David Hodgson, writes: ” This is a great idea to bring people together around worship on Easter Day. If you plan on coming to the Dawn Eucharist at 5.45am breakfast will be there for you after the service; whilst if you are coming to the 8am or 9.30am service no need to get breakfast at home simply come to church earlier and enjoy a breakfast in the Cornerstone before your service.”
