This is a (voluntary) register of people who regularly attend All Saints church. Nobody is automatically entered onto this register, but only people who are registered on the Electoral Roll are entitled to vote on matters arising at the APCM (Annual Church Meeting).
To join the Electoral Roll you must complete a Electoral Roll Application Form and return it to the Electoral Roll Officer via the Parish Office.
You will need to declare that you are baptised and am aged 16 or over 16.
A member of the Church of England (or of a Church in communion with the Church of England) and are resident in the parish.
You are a member of the Church of England (or of a Church in communion with the Church of England) and, not being resident in the parish and have habitually attended public worship in the parish during the period of six months prior to enrolment.
You are member in good standing of a Church (not in communion with the Church of England) which subscribes to the doctrine of the Holy Trinity and also declare yourself to be a member of the Church of England and have habitually attended public worship in the parish during the period of six months prior to enrolment.
Information about the Electoral Roll for this year’s Annual Meeting (APCM)
In order to be able to attend the All Saints Annual Parochial Church Meeting on Sunday 30th April 2017 and to take part in its proceedings and elections, you need to be on the church electoral roll. All members of the Church of England (over the age of 16) who are either resident in the parish or have habitually attended public worship here for the last 6 months are eligible to join. The list of current members is on display in the church porch. The deadline for new applications is Sunday 2nd April, after which date the revised electoral roll will be displayed for final scrutiny. Forms may be found at the back of the church, from the Parish Office . Existing members do not need to re-apply this year.
